Paying More At The Pump

Gas prices are on the rise again. AAA expects prices to continue rising through February and March; drivers in southwest Virginia have seen the average price of gasoline rise by a nickel a gallon in the last week. But Industry experts predict the national average for gasoline will actually be about .10 lower in 2013, than the $3.60 a gallon we saw in 2012.
