Second-Grader Makes Threats On Bus With Gun

Henrico County police say a second-grader brandished a loaded handgun on a school bus bound for a local elementary school. The 7-year-old boy from Ratcliffe Elementary School made a threatening statement after taking out the gun on Monday morning. No one was injured in the incident. The student was released to a guardian and school officials say that there will be a disciplinary review. Police haven’t said whether the child will face charges.
