A Campbell County man charged with the murder of his grandparents has a record of drug convictions. Twenty-seven-year-old Robert Philbrook is accused of shooting John and Virginia Philbrook of Campbell County to death at a home on Sleepy Hollow Road February 15th. Court records show the defendant pleaded guilty in federal court to three drug-related counts in March 2006 and was sentenced to five months in jail.
