18-Years For Man That Robbed CVS At Knife Point

A man convicted in last May’s hold-up of a Campbell County pharmacy will serve an 18-year prison sentence. Prosecutors say Sherman Dalton was armed with a knife as he demanded hydrocodone and held three CVS employees hostage at a store on the corner of Timberlake and Waterlick roads. A judge sentenced Dalton to 50 years behind bars, but suspended all by 18 years of the term.
