Guilty Plea Comes In Mini Mart Robbery

An Evington man has pleaded guilty to robbing a Campbell County convenience store last May. Prosecutors say on May 17th, 23-year-old Elton Short robbed the 29 Mini Mart near Altavista at gunpoint. Short is already serving a a six year sentence for trying to rob a Forest Taco Bell in May. He will be sentenced in June for the Campbell County crime.
