Two-day jail sentence for man convicted of aiming cellphone camera up woman’s skirt at Timberlake Kroger
The man charged with using a cellphone camera to look up a woman’s skirt at the Timberlake Road Kroger has been convicted and sentenced to two days in jail. On-line records show 32-year-old Jason Thomas Burger was found guilty Friday; a judge then handed down a 30-day sentence, suspended all but two days of it, and Burger served his sentence over the weekend. Court records show Burger was also ordered to pay $81 in court costs.
