With school starting less than a month from now, parents are being reminded to make sure their kids have the proper immunizations. This year, kindergartners must have a second chicken pox shot and sixth graders will not be allowed to start school without a TDAP booster. Parents should either contact their pediatrician or the health department, which offers free back to school immunizations.
