According to the latest numbers released this morning by the Virginia Department of Health there are 22 new confirmed or probable coronavirus cases in the Lynchburg region. State health officials report 1 new case in Bedford County, 10 new cases in Lynchburg, 3 new cases in Amherst County, 1 in Appomattox County, and 7 in Campbell County. There are no new coronavirus related deaths reported in the Lynchburg region.
