A Lynchburg bond hearing was scheduled this morning in the case against the father accused of murdering the toddler last April…but a gag order was issued instead. Oliver Felix’s attorney withdrew the bond request and asked the Judge instead to issue a gag order. The order applies to those involved in the prosecution and defense. Last week, following the release of the medical examiners report, Felix turned himself in and was indicted by a grand jury for murder, felony child abuse, and felony child endangerment in the death of his 2-year-old son.
