The company that oversaw beverage and food sales for Lockn’ Festival is facing three charges from the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control concerning possible violations of its food concession license last year in Nelson County–including drug use and drug paraphernalia in the 23 acres of licensed area; inadequate lighting; and allowing prohibited conduct in the licensed area. A disciplinary hearing began this week and will be discussed further at the next hearing, set for May 16 in Richmond. The hearing officer will then review the case and deliver a decision at a later date.
