The Lynchburg man accused of holding a fundraiser in honor of his dead daughter but never giving the money to the charity now faces charges regarding the rape of a juvenile. Jonathan Craft now faces multiple charged in Campbell County including, abduction by force and rape of a juvenile. Media outlets report, Craft was arrested on November 7. On Monday, he appeared for a preliminary hearing on the new charges; and the case will continue to the Grand Jury in January. Craft was previously charged with obtaining money by false pretense, after CASA of Central Virginia says Craft held a fundraising event with their name attached to it in April but never received the money.
