Accused Man’s Trial Pushed Back Until February

The trial that was scheduled to begin next month for the man accused of murdering his 2-year-old has postponed until next February. Oliver Felix was charged with murder, child endangerment, and child abuse and neglect after his the toddler’s brain was bleeding when he was taken to the hospital in April of last; the child died nine days later. A gag order is in place in the case.
