Virginia state police on Sunday recovered the body of the third passenger of a hot air balloon that drifted into a power line on Friday. The balloon was flying as part of a special kickoff celebration for the Mid-Atlantic Balloon Festival. Witnesses say it drifted into a power line, burst into flames and then crashed in the woods near Richmond. The victims have been identified as 24 year old, Natalie Lewis and 44 year old, Ginny Doyle… both coaches at University of Richmond’s women’s basketball program and graduates of the university. Veteran hot air balloon pilot Daniel T. Kirk was at the controls.
