UPDATE 12:57 p.m.: The Virginia AMBER Alert has been cancelled as of 12:45 p.m. A Virginia State Police Trooper spotted the suspect vehicle while on patrol in Accomack County. Amiyah M. Dallas, 5, was safely recovered. The aunt, Olivia N. Dallas, was taken into custody without incident.

An Amber Alert has been issued for Black Female, 5 years of age, Height 3 foot, weight 40 lbs, Brown Eyes, Black hair in pigtails, wearing a pink thermal shirt, blue jeans, white shoes and a pink multi-colored sweater. The child name is Amiyah Monet Dallas, she is believed to have been abducted by her aunt Olivia Nicole Dallas, Black Female, 22 years of age, 5 feet 3 inches, 110 lbs, with Hazel eyes and Brown Hair. Last seen just before 4pm on Tuesday, February 18 in Orange Virginia. May be traveling in a 2001 C240 Mercedes , Burgundy , Maryland tag 8AFZ03. Their whereabouts are unknown. Investigation has led authorities to classify case as abduction and believe the missing child could be in imminent danger. The aunt has connections to Maryland and South Carolina.
