An Amherst County man faces sentencing in August, after his conviction Wednesday of malicious wounding and child neglect. The case involved the burning of a two-year-old girl last December with an iron. The News & Advance reports Dylan Seawell, 21, was found guilty yesterday. Prosecutors say he intentionally burned the toddler, who is the daughter of the woman he was dating at the time.
