Amherst County has joined the list of Virginia localities declaring itself a Second Amendment sanctuary. The Board of Supervisors vote today was unanimous. That makes close to 25 Virginia counties adopting similar resolutions, including Campbell and Appomattox in the immediate Lynchburg area.
