Appomattox County School Board Sending 24 Students on Trip

The Appomattox County School Board will contribute funding for 24 high school students to take a special trip next month. The Appomattox County High School chapter of the Future Farmers of America is expected to receive a national award at the National FFA Convention. ACHS,a three star national chapter; is being recognizes for accomplishmenst that have put the division’s program number one in the state and sixth in the country. The school board, last week, approved the monetary contribution for the October 29 through November 1 trip to Louisville, Ky.
