Lynchburg police have arrested 43 year old Lynchburg resident Dexter Scott White and charged him with 24 felony accounts related to repeated bomb threats called in to city schools and a Centra health facility. Lynchburg City Schools and the police department held a press conference today to announce White’s arrest.
