Bedford Avenue Seven-11 Closed For Repairs After Wall Falls

A wall in a Lynchburg Convenience store collapsed yesterday. Sources say when first responders arrived at the Seven-11 on Bedford Avenue Wednesday evening; they found the back of the store collapsed. Officials say the store structure had been compromised because of the wet weather. Fire officials evacuated the store, and Appalachian Power shut down power No injuries were reported. The store will remain closed until repairs can be made.
