Bedford County Investigators Working With Commonwealth’s Attorney on Abduction Case from 1975

Two Bedford County Sheriff’s Office investigators and the county Commonwealth’s Attorney are in Maryland working on the abduction case of two sisters missing since 1975. They’ll work with the Montgomery County, Md. Police Department and Maryland state’s attorney to conduct interviews and review documents. WDBJ-7 reports that the three from Bedford County likely will stay in Maryland through Friday. Law enforcement officers have been searching Taylor’s Mountain in the Thaxton area of Bedford County.
