The Blackwater Creek Bikeway section of the James River Heritage Trail, including the Hollins Mill Tunnel, will be closed On Thursday and Friday Officials say trail users should exercise care when accessing the trail near the work site, watch for maintenance activities, moving equipment and obey all signage. The Point of Honor Trail can be used as an alternate route during tunnel closure.
