On Thursday, May 14 at 11 a.m., the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office is hosting a wreath laying ceremony in remembrance of Deputy Jason Saunders and all fallen law enforcement officers in conjunction with National Law Enforcement Memorial Week. Deputy Saunders was killed in the line of duty on April 3, 2007. The public is invited to attend the ceremony. It will be held at the Memorial Garden in front of the sheriff’s office.
