Lynchburg officials are considering closing two city community centers this year if a solution to a staffing shortage in Parks & Recreation can’t be found. The College Hill Center is already at risk. The second has not been decided yet, but the choices have been narrowed down to the Daniel’s Hill Center or Jefferson Park Center. A request for proposals for College Hill is currently underway; the deadline for submission is April 10.
