For the fifth year Lynchburg is working with the National Research Center to conduct the citizens survey. It will include questions about the community, snow removal, police services and more. The survey is mailed to 350 households in each of the four wards. Addresses chosen to participate will receive a notification postcard this week with the survey to soon follow. Residents are encouraged to complete the survey and return it by mail. The survey is anonymous and the final results will go to City Council and staff in late June or early July.
