A state officials is reviewing testimony from a disciplinary hearing to determine if there were violations to the conditions of a license of beer and food sales at the Lockn’ Festival last September in Nelson County. The fate of the concession license for this year four day music festival will be determined by a Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control hearing officer. The company faces three charges concerning drug use and paraphernalia; inadequate lighting; and allowing prohibited conduct. The outcome of the hearing, according to media outlets, will determine if disciplinary action will be taken, such as issuing a fine and/or revoking or suspending the license.
