From Central Virginia Community College: The college’s Humanities and Social Science Division, along with Lynchburg City Schools, will be hosting an Open House on Tuesday, January 26, at 6:00 p.m. at the CVCC Multipurpose Room in Merritt Hall. “This is a great opportunity for parents and high school students to come and learn about our dual enrollment program partnership with Lynchburg City Schools,” says Peter Dorman, English Professor and Interim Dean of Humanities and Social Science. Central Virginia Community College offers a dual enrollment program committed to providing local high school students with opportunities to complete college-level classes that also satisfy requirements for the completion of junior and senior high school courses.
