The Campbell County Department of Youth, Adult & Community Services is encouraging citizens to make Martin Luther King, Jr. Day– a day on, instead of a day off. The department is offering free computer classes on January 20 for senior adults as part of a Day of Service. Volunteer Coordinators say the event is one of many, meant to empower individuals, strengthen communities; bridge barriers and create solutions to social problems. The classes will be held on Monday at Rustburg High School. Organizers are offering two sessions to accommodate the public. The first session will be held from 10 a.m.-12 noon–the second will run from 1-3 p.m. Registration is required; to reserve a seat email:
