Dems, activists plan strong opposition to Garrett re-election bid

5th District Republican Congressman Tom Garrett will have no shortage of opposition when he runs for a second term this year.  Garrett announced yesterday he will seek re-election. At least four Democrats have already announced their candidacy to oppose him, and activist groups  promise strong efforts to unseat him. WLNI’s Evan Jones has more:
