Lynchburg officials say for approximately three weeks, the 300 block of Grove Street (between Euclid Avenue and Glenwood Street) near Miller Park will be closed to through traffic in order to allow the installation of a new pedestrian crosswalk and an entrance way to the Miller Center. Only neighborhood traffic will be allowed through the area. Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes.
