An American flag made of more than 7 thousand dog tags is on display at Monument Terrace in downtown Lynchburg for the next week. The dog tags have all the names of those who have fallen in the War on Terror. The memorial will be on display at Monument Terrace through April 1st. The Fallen Heroes Memorial travels the country is sponsored by Veterans & Athletes United which helps disabled veterans.
