One person was hospitalized and another arrested on Monday following a two car accident in Lynchburg. Authorities say the crash shut down both northbound lanes on 29 from the Kemper Street exit to the Grace Street overpass. Police say a female driver of one car hit the other car and caused it to overturn. She is charged with driving under the influence of drugs. The accident is still under investigation.
