The driver involved in a deadly Bedford County crash pleaded guilty Tuesday to manslaughter and driving under the influence charges. Durham Westley Falabella could receive to 11 years in prison for killing his friend in a drunk driving crash in Bedford County last November. Authorities say Felabella was behind the wheel when his car went around a turn too fast. The car ran off Otter Hill Road and hit a tree. A passenger, Evan Patrick Nichols, died at the scene. Sentencing will take place on October 21.
