Ingredients
- 8 ounces rotini pasta (approximately 3 cups)
- 2/3 cup sun dried tomatoes julienne cut
- 1 cup baby peas
- 2 stalks celery sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
- 3/4 cup Caesar dressing (I use Newman’s Creamy Caesar)
- 1 1/2 cups chopped rotiserrie chicken
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to box instructions. Drain well.
- In large bowl combine pasta, sun dried tomatoes, baby peas, celery, onion, Caesar dressing, chicken and 2 tablespoons parsley. Stir to combine. Sprinkle with remaining parsley
