Bedford’s Elks Home finally has a new owner. The sale on the 100-year-old Elks Home was completed Friday, a year and half after the announced sale. The new name is English Meadows Elks Home Campus. It will continue to be operated as a retirement and assisted living facility. The new owner hopes to increase residency from 120 to more than 300 and keep the Christmas display with an expansion to include new features. The new owners held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Labor Day.
