Lockn’ Festival organizers say they’ll fight an order from state Alcoholic Beverage Control revoking the concessionaire’s wine and beer license,over alleged misconduct at last year’s inaugural music festival in Nelson County. The festival notes that the decision does not affect this year’s event. The A-B-C examiner cited blatant drug use at last year’s festival among other reasons that led to her order.
