lynchburg-museumThe Lynchburg Museum will mark Independence Day with free admission and a patriotic look at the “The War to End All Wars.” In recognition of the start of World War One, the “First Friday” of the month at the Museum will highlight artifacts from the collections. The United States did not formally enter The Great War until April 1917, the war officially began in July 1914. The exhibit will be open free of charge on July 4th from 5pm until 8pm; and will remain on display through the weekend.
