Governor McAuliffe on same sex marriage and Medicaid expansion

Its a new World Order of sorts in Richmond. For starters Governor McAuliffe will keep pushing for an expansion of Medicaid that would insure hundreds of thousands more low-income Virginians.  Gene Marrano reports:
