A Lynchburg man has been indicted on charges of robbing a 12th Street convenience store in November. 49 year old, Timothy Ray Henshaw is charged with two counts of robbery, one count of attempted robbery, two counts of unlawfully wearing a mask and one count of possession of a controlled substance. Authorities say Henshaw entered the Fast Mart with a covered object that appeared to be a gun, took an undisclosed amount of money and fled on foot. A trial is set for April 23.
