Gun Restrictions Proposed During This Session Of The General Assemble

Virginia gun control advocates and some lawmakers are proposing measures for the 2014 legislative session. Recommendations include limiting gun access by individuals convicted of stalking or violent sex crimes, as well as individuals involuntarily committed for mental health treatment. Gov. Terry McAuliffe has said he supports some increased gun restrictions.
