Take 2 lbs chicken tenderloin and cut into chunks. Pour 1 cup pineapple juice and 1/3 of a cup of soy sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle a 1/2 cup Brown sugar over the top and sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Chop a green and red pepper along with a sweet onion and place that on top. Cook in a crock pot on low for at least 4 hours. Serve over cooked rice.
