Lindenburg Industry LLC anticipates accomplishing two goals by Spring. Lindenburg expects to have the first part of renovations completed by the end of February. Aside from the renovations, the company plans to begin the hiring process in March, which will be the first of multiple phases. In the process, the company will first hire around 100 and eventually employ up to 349. In October, the company announced that it was locating in Appomattox and purchased the the former Thomasville Furniture plant. It is Lindenburg’s first U.S. manufacturing business in the state.
