3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons lemon zest
3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
16 ounces lump crab meat
2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
2 ¼ cup Dukes mayonnaise
Ground black pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees .
In a medium sauté pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the garlic, lemon zest and fresh dill. Sautee for about 2 minutes or until aromatic. You don’t want to brown the garlic. Add the crab meat and mix well to combine.
Remove from the heat and pour into a mixing bowl. Let the mix cool for a few minutes. Add the mayonnaise and shredded cheese. Mix well and season with ground black pepper.
Place the mixture into a baking dish and place in the oven. Bake for about 15 minutes or until is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
Garnish with lemon slices and dill if desire. Serve hot with pita chips, pita bread or bread slices.
