MEXICAN MAC AND CHEESE
F&L Market has a 10 lb. roll of hamburger for $1.99 a pound. Use a pound to make this fantastic one-dish Mexican Mac and Cheese !
- 16 oz macaroni, cooked and set aside
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 small sweet onion
- 2 can tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 can cream of celery
- 2 cups of taco cheese
- 10 dashes of hot sauce
- 1 can of yellow corn, drained
- 1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
- Cayenne Pepper, to taste
1 lb hamburger browned with one sweet onion, season with salt and pepper. Add in cooked macaroni and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Place in a greased casserole dish and top with a little more cheese. Bake in a 350 oven until cheese is melted through. 15-20 mins.
