A former Kroger cashier has filed a $2-milion lawsuit against the store for not addressing complaints of sexual harassment. The federal lawsuit states that when the woman was a 16-year-old working at the Westlake Kroger at Smith Mountain Lake, a 28-year-old co-worker repeatedly subjected her and seven other female employees to sexually crude comments and behavior. The Roanoke Times reports, when management did not take action, she filed a complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
