Calling All Artist For Lynchburg’s Public Art Space

The City of Lynchburg is asking for proposals for artist works that could become permanent fixtures along the Bluffwalk. In 2010, officials designated the James River Arts & Culture District to celebrate and promote the arts in Downtown Lynchburg.
