Cultural Arts Will Crow in The Hill City

In an effort to expand arts offerings in the area, a partnership has been formed. The Academy of Fine Arts and the Lynchburg Parks and Recreation department have announce new adult art education classes. A set of 11 initial courses — ranging from beginning watercolor and oil painting to adult tap dance and knitting. More are expected to be added throughout the year. The classes will be held at the academy’s Main Street location and will begin in January.
