DVP Customers Concerned on Rising Bills

dominionDominion Virginia Power customers are concerned that their power bills could increase in the next ten years. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed rules cutting carbon emissions from existing power plants in an effort to provide affordable energy. The No. 1 question the nearly 600,000 member-customers of the state’s 13 electric cooperatives have? Is the cost impact for complying with the proposal.
