Then on June 5, the investigator inspected The Store, also in Madison Heights, and seized 104 packs of contraband cigarettes. Virginia code makes it illegal to sell or possess cigarettes not included in the Virginia Tobacco Directory, a public log of all tobacco manufacturers and their products that are compliant with state law.
