Virginia develops statewide regulations on restraining, isolating disruptive students

Education-News1The Virginia Department of Education is developing the first-ever statewide regulations to govern when and how public schools use restraint and seclusion on students. Until now, it has been up to each school system to form its own set of regulations on when and how a student should be restrained or isolated from others. WLNI’s Evan Jones has the story.
