Due to a lack of agenda items, the Lynchburg City Council has canceled its Tuesday meeting. Council’s finance committee meeting Tuesday is also canceled. Council’s next meeting is set for Feb. 10. Members will meet at noon for a planning session and reconvene in the council chambers at 7:30 p.m.
